With over 25 years of structural construction leadership across Florida, Tim specializes in complex roof framing, high-wind engineering assemblies, commercial single-ply membranes, and forensic leak tracing. He works closely with homeowners, structural engineers, and insurance adjusters to ensure every roof satisfies strict Florida Building Code 8th Edition (2023) standards.
